Membership
Any student enrolled in good standing at Tech AI College of Management & Law is eligible to become a member — across the computer science, management and law faculties.
Application process
An eligible student submits the official membership application online. The Executive Committee is notified immediately.
Select up to two primary departments aligned with your learning tracks or engineering interests.
Membership becomes active upon acceptance of the form by the Executive Committee.
Attend the mandatory bi-weekly assemblies and contribute to at least one departmental project delivery cycle per semester.

Participate in the club’s workshops, projects, events and activities across six departments.
Access shared learning resources and departmental project cycles.
Vote in the selection / election of the Executive Committee and stand for positions, subject to eligibility.
Receive recognition, certificates and portfolio credit for contributions, where applicable.
Internship readiness, technical interview practice, corporate seminars and site visits.
Production-grade codebases and public profiles on GitHub, Kaggle and Behance.
Faculty Advisor / Mentor
Strategic and administrative clearance; link to the college administration.
Executive Committee
President, Vice President, Secretary, IT/Technical Coordinator, Event/Program Coordinator, PR/Communication Officer.

Each with a Department Lead, an Assistant Lead and Technical Associates / Members.
Members
Choose up to two primary departments; active status through engagement compliance.
Membership may lapse if the engagement-compliance requirement is not met without valid reason, and may be terminated for serious or repeated violations following due process.
Online membership form
This is the official membership application. When you submit, WhatsApp opens with your application ready to send to the Executive Committee, who review applications after each intake and reply on WhatsApp. Keep the reference number you receive: it lets you check your status and, once approved, open your digital membership card.
